The return of Cathedral Dampfbier is coming to the taproom last Friday of April! This collaboration with Art History has been a fan favorite and now you can get your hands on it once again April 25th. Deep gold color with a mild fruitiness derived from the unique fermentation profile. Honoring the Damfbier/ California Common-Style by fermenting lager yeast at slightly warmer temperatures. Made with Pilsner, Victory and Munich Malts and Northern Brewer Hops. 5%ABV
