Join us Friday, July 10 | 5–7 PM as we tap Pergolatory Kölsch-Style Ale and put our own Church Street twist on traditional Kölsch Service!

At 5:30 PM, Head Brewer Sean will share a brief history of the iconic 

Kölsch style, its brewing traditions, and why this crisp, refreshing ale has been a favorite for generations.

Then it's time for the fun to begin! 🍻

Ask your server for your Kölsch coaster to keep track of your stanges 

(traditional Kölsch pours). As long as your coaster stays on the table, fresh pours will keep coming. When you've had your fill, simply place your coaster on top of your glass.
